Current Opportunities
We are currently accepting applications for the following roles. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply even if a position is not listed; we keep applications on file for future openings.
Window Installation Technician
Install ProVia replacement windows in residential settings to manufacturer specification as part of a two- to three-person crew.
- Experience: window installation, carpentry or general remodeling preferred; training provided.
- Requirements: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 75 lbs and work from ladders.
- Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, year-round.
Lead Installer / Crew Leader
Lead a crew on site, own the quality of every opening, perform final measurements and conduct the customer walkthrough at completion.
- Experience: three or more years installing replacement windows, with a record of completed work.
- Requirements: strong communication, ability to read measure sheets and manage a daily schedule.
- Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, year-round.
Customer Care and Scheduling Coordinator
Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners: respond to photo-quote requests, coordinate measure and installation dates and maintain accurate job records.
- Experience: customer service or office administration; construction or home-services background a plus.
- Requirements: excellent written communication, comfort with email and scheduling tools, attention to detail.
- Schedule: full- or part-time, weekday business hours.
