What We Collect,
and What We Do With It.
Short version: we collect what we need to quote and install your windows, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. The longer version is below.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, email address, phone number, zip code, the photos you upload, and anything you type in the notes box.
When you call or email: whatever you tell us, plus your number or address.
When you become a customer: your street address, the measurements and details of the job, and payment records.
Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To write your quote, schedule the measure and the install, order your windows from ProVia, register your ProVia warranty, and follow up on the work.
To answer questions and honour our warranty later.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
Who else sees it
ProVia, to build your windows and register the manufacturer warranty.
Hearth, only if you choose to apply for financing through their site. That application is between you and Hearth and is covered by Hearth’s own privacy policy.
Service providers that run this website, our email and our records (for example our web host). They process data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, we may have to disclose information.
Cookies and embedded services
This site sets a small number of functional cookies so pages work. It does not use advertising cookies.
The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and the payment calculator on the financing page is embedded from Hearth. Those services may set their own cookies when the page loads, under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years so we can honour a quote if you come back, then deleted.
Customer and warranty records are kept for as long as the warranty could apply, since we need them to help you with a claim.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@respectremodel.com or call (608) 820-6400. We will answer within a few business days.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
